  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only.

  • You must notify us of defects within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
